Delivery cost is $19.95 flat rate Australia Wide unless otherwise specified . Note this does not apply to larger corporate orders, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will arrange a quote for your shipping.
How long to deliver?
Delivery is on Monday – Friday only. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS
If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the item, then we accept no responsibility for the error. If we need to redeliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge and delivery delays.
DELIVERY OF YOUR HAMPER
We are aware that every gift delivery is special. To help us with a smooth delivery, at “Checkout” you have an opportunity to leave us a comment in the “Order Notes” field, so please let us know anything that will help with the delivery process, such as if the delivery is OK to be left at the door etc.
DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
Please let us know if we should deliver to Reception or Delivery Dock etc. Also include floor and department of a large corporation. Please be sure that the company will allow personal deliveries to be received.
We are happy to deliver to hospital inpatients. We always call the hospital to ensure that the recipient will still be there when your Gift Box Hamper is delivered. Please keep in mind that at times patients are discharged earlier and therefore we may require a home address. We may also require an alternative surname for maternity ward inpatients as they may be checked in under their maiden name.
During the last 3 weeks of December, our couriers experience an unprecedented volume of hamper deliveries. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. We will endeavour to have your hampers delivered as close to your preferred delivery date as possible.
