Cancellation Of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Home & Hamper – Gifts to Inspire immediately on 0409 195 111. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Home & Hamper – Gifts to Inspire.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Home & Hamper, Gifts to Inspire if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received.
Refunds will not be given for late deliveries that are out of our control due to delivery company. In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damage through the delivery process, we will replace the gift. Please call Home & Hamper-Gifts to Inspire or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re sent. If however you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items resent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged goods.
