How do I order?
Online: You can shop online with our Online Ordering System. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
By Phone: You can also order over the phone (Monday – Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm) Tel. 0409 195 111.
By Email: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and/0r any special requests and we will be in contact with your confirmation.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have placed an order online and not received and email please contact us.
Do you offer a “Click & Collect” service.
Yes. Proceed to checkout and select “Click & Collect” as your preferred delivery option. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification to collect your items from our retail store, located at 86 Charles Street Kew.
When will my Gift Box Hamper be ready?
Once your order has been received we will have it ready to be collected at our retail store (86 Charles Street Kew) within 1-2 business days. We deliver between 1-4 business days. Please note deliveries are made Monday to Friday’s only. We can arrange next day express delivery at an additional cost.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide.
Do you deliver overseas?
At this time Home & Hamper – Gifts to Inspire does not deliver internationally. This is due to the complexity of customs regulations and freight charge variations.
Can I change what is in the Gift Box Hamper?
Yes. Please contact us via email email@example.com and we can provide you with additional information and options.
Can I arrange a large Corporate Order?
Yes, any size corporate orders are part of our service. Home & Hamper – Gifts to inspire work with corporate companies assisting in creating Gift Box hampers for any event or occasion. Please contact us with your customised order, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you in 24-48 hours.
Am I able to select a time for Delivery?
Unfortunately not. The standard delivery time service cannot accomodate specific delivery time requests.
Can I order for a specific date?
Yes. Orders can be made in advance so that delivery happens on a specific date. Please specify delivery on “order notes” at checkout…………. Please note that we will do our best to have your Gift Box Hamper delivered on the requested day, but sometimes this is out of our control.
Do your prices include delivery?
No. A delivery charge will be added at checkout. If you require urgent delivery, an express courier can be arranged for an extra fee, please contact us to discuss details.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Direct Deposit (EFT). Please contact us for our Bank Account details.
Can I order multiple boxes for different addresses?
Yes, please make a comment in the “order notes” section in the checkout page. We will contact you to confirm your instructions.
What if I supply the wrong address?
If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the gift box hamper, then we accept no responsibility for the error. If we need to re-deliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge.
What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?
If your item is delivered by Australia Post/Startrack Couriers, they will leave a card at front door or in the letterbox and the recipient will need to collect the parcel from the nearest Post Office.
If your item is delivered via other courier services, a calling card will be left for recipient to arrange another delivery day unless you have instructed us that it is ok to leave in a safe place.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
No, our couriers do not have a weekend or public holiday service.
What should I do if an item is damaged during transit?
Contact us ASAP and we will organise a replacement to be sent.
